Effective Vendor Partnerships

I had a great interaction with a vendor of ours this week.  They focused on the problem with a great deal of urgency and went above the norm to help resolve an issue we were having.  Focusing on the issue and finding the best ways to resolve regardless of where it originated is something that we spend a great deal of effort on here at DMT.  We understand that designs and processes evolve and do our best to help our customers react in fluid and time sensitive situations.  It is great to have partners on board with the same level of intensity as we have.
