Flexibility In Custom Workholding Fixtures

I have been affectionately referring to this project as the chicken feeder fixture.  This fixture really packs a punch with the ability to hold ~30 different part numbers with about half of them being a significantly different product family.  We were able to accomplish this with minimal change over by utilizing mPower quick change pins, T slots, and quick change clamp ends.  The guys have finished pre-shipment testing this week and will be sending it into the wild soon. ​
