Hole Clamps

We have had a number of customers recently come to us with challenging parts that require both the face and sides to be machined. They were looking for a new perspective on how to process these. We were successful in proposing and delivering a new process for them that not only removed steps from their process but also resulted in better quality parts. These hole clamps can be uses as round and diamond pins as well as holding the part for machining. These two specific examples were heavy machining of gray iron and stainless steel.
