Precision Fixtures to Manufacture Precision CMM’s

DMT has a partnership with one of the world’s premiere CMM manufacturers.  This collaboration has led to reduced process steps, and stack-ups for their manufacturing process.

This finished machined fixture base is standing tall for this challenge at ~6′ x 5′.  This is a monolithic cast iron base like many of our fixture bases.  All plumbing is internal and it is itching to soak up any chatter or vibration thrown its way.  When this fixture is coupled to DMT’s in-house designed edge clamps we provide the rigidity and holding force needed without distorting the casting.
