DMT provides custom tooling packages alongside your custom workholding fixture build. Developing your custom fixturing and custom tooling together delivers improved lead times and assures tooling and fixturing work in concert with each other. Our in-house design team will deliver a flawless build for your custom carbide or indexable CNC cutting tools. We routinely build a variety of special CNC tools including:

Machining Center Pallets

DMT can provide most OEM pallets in a fraction of the lead time required by many providers. If we haven’t manufactured the specific OEM pallet you need, all we need is one of your existing pallets and we will reverse engineer, it to provide a duplicate pallet. All DMT pallets are provided with a full Zeiss CMM inspection report.

CNC Power Units

DMT can provide the solutions that your unique process requires. From fully custom CNC power units to standard CNC power units, we build what you need when you need it. DMT will specify the specific standard units that will work with your process while always incorporating important design parameters including:

  • Reservoir size
  • Solenoid strategy
  • Hose lengths
  • Operator Interface (Disconnect handles, Directional valve, Pendant)
