DMT WORKHOLDING provides the highest quality fixtures by mastering the most difficult elements of our manufacturing in house.  Deep hole drilling is one of the most critical elements in our process.  The team at DMT have mastered this element of our manufacturing.

This example is a 0.250″ line drilled 48″ long from each end to meet in the middle.  Don’t be fooled, you aren’t staring into a 4th dimension.

DMT has an extensive deburring and inspection process for each of these holes.  Next steps for this one is deburring and bore scope to verify.
